Brand Marketing Seasonal Assistant - Detroit Red Wings

About the role

The Brand Marketing Assistant is a seasonal role supporting the Detroit Red Wings' Brand Marketing department. The position covers gameday activations, collaboration on marketing requests and brand research, and calls for strong organizational skills, adaptability and a passion for improving fan experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Brand Marketing department.
• Coordinate internal communications, including developing and distributing meeting notes and outcomes.
• Work with the Brand Marketing & Operations Manager to organize and run marquee gameday experiences.
• Help use analytics to evaluate fan engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Support the Brand Marketing Coordinator with creative tracking and requests.
• Help run daily execution of the Detroit Red Wings Kids Club and its concourse kiosk.
• Coordinate activations with community organizations and corporate partners.
• Research activations and brands of other sports and entertainment teams and leagues.

Required profile

• College senior or recent graduate.
• Prior internship or administrative experience.
• Preferred: experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, with high-level experience in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
