Brand Marketing Manager – OTC

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager, Brand Marketing, OTC to lead strategic marketing initiatives for its Dry Eye & Ocular Health product portfolio. Based in Fort Worth, TX, you will shape brand strategy, drive growth, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑range portfolio strategies, goals, and objectives for assigned OTC brands.
• Lead the creation and implementation of annual brand plans to meet sales, market‑share, and profitability targets.
• Manage Alcon’s Contact Lens Care branded portfolios, driving growth initiatives and commercialization.
• Conduct competitive analysis, consumer research, and market assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and launch integrated consumer marketing campaigns across digital, retail, shopper, and e‑commerce channels.
• Maintain and strengthen brand positioning, product packaging, and overall brand equity.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and consumer insights to generate actionable recommendations.
• Oversee external agencies, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, evaluate investment effectiveness, and optimize ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Customer Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales, marketing, and performance metrics while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant brand marketing experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
