Brand Marketing Manager – Global Campaigns

About the role

Google is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the Gemini App’s most visible global campaigns. You will partner with global strategy leads and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and rapid execution across international markets, while also driving key U.S. activations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day coordination and execution of global marketing tentpoles such as World Cup, Back‑to‑School, and partnership campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, communications, legal, product, and engineering—to align brand strategy with product positioning.
• Adapt the global brand story for regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and localized impact.
• Develop comprehensive go‑to‑market plans, brand governance frameworks, and performance metrics for each campaign.
• Lead the execution of U.S. activations, maintaining a cohesive connection to the broader global narrative.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience across growth, product, brand, or social disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
• Experience with global or culturally nuanced brand campaigns is preferred.
