Brand Marketing Director

About the role

The Brand Marketing Director will lead the brand strategy for one or more of CHG Healthcare’s large staffing companies. Based in Midvale, Utah, this full‑time position reports to the VP of Marketing and Customer Products and works closely with sales, growth marketing, research and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand positioning, anticipating market shifts, competitive threats, and customer needs.
• Define the future vision for brand experience and lead modernization initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across TV/video, sponsorships, PR, social, display, content, conferences and events.
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing plans with business goals and track progress.
• Measure brand health metrics (awareness, recall, sentiment, consideration, share of voice) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Guide creative and UX teams on design and copy direction, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify threats and opportunities.
• Lead a team of individual contributors responsible for delivering the marketing plan.
