Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Tava Health is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs that recruit therapists, drive patient sign‑ups, and activate commercial partnerships. This hybrid strategic, technical, and creative role works across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Provider, Client, and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build lifecycle marketing strategy, customer journeys, and campaigns for provider recruitment, patient acquisition, and partnership activation.
• Test and iterate on subject lines, messaging, timing, segmentation, and CTAs to improve open, click‑through, and conversion rates.
• Write and edit compelling, brand‑aligned copy for providers, patients, and partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define, implement, and troubleshoot data and event‑tracking infrastructure powering campaigns.
• Scope event schemas, resolve data mismatches across CRM, webhook, and ESP integrations, and choose appropriate API‑based or native tracking architectures.
• Manage the marketing automation platform (Iterable, HubSpot, Braze, or Customer.io), applying advanced templating logic such as Handlebars.
• Troubleshoot platform‑specific field resolution and data‑binding issues, and develop and QA dynamic templates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or marketing automation management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across marketing, product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Passion for improving access to mental health care.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Iterable, HubSpot, Braze, or Customer.io.
• Advanced templating using Handlebars or similar conditional languages.
• API‑based event tracking and integration design.
• Working knowledge of CRM, webhook, and ESP integrations.
• Copywriting for brand‑aligned lifecycle communications.
