Brand Manager – Digital Commerce

About the role

unybrands is seeking a Brand Manager to drive growth and profitability for a portfolio of digital‑first consumer brands sold on Amazon and direct‑to‑consumer platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of assigned brands, shaping pricing, product, inventory, marketing and customer service strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑acquisition transition plans to ensure seamless handoff with the Investment & Integration team.
• Design and execute a holistic growth strategy targeting 50% annual revenue growth.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, marketing teams and agencies to optimise advertising spend for sustainable profit.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reports, highlighting risks and mitigation actions.
• Own day‑to‑day brand operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Manage virtual assistants and other operational staff.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stock‑outs.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans for new products, geographies and sales channels.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product and brand management experience.
• 3+ years in the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and inform executive decisions.
• Proven capacity to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
