Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing consumer brand in the beauty and wellness space looking for a hands‑on Brand & Growth Marketing Manager. This part‑time, fully remote role will work closely with the founders and senior marketing leaders to turn strategic ideas into executed campaigns across influencer, CRM, digital, partnership and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns linked to product launches, retail moments, partnerships and seasonal activations.
• Translate high‑level strategy into actionable timelines, deliverables and execution plans.
• Coordinate deliverables across creative, influencer, email, paid, social and retail channels.
• Own day‑to‑day project execution to keep initiatives moving quickly and efficiently.
• Build and manage creator, ambassador and affiliate programs, including outreach, gifting, onboarding and performance tracking.
• Execute and optimize email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo, improving segmentation, retention and repeat‑purchase programs.
• Support growth initiatives on Shopify, paid‑media, affiliate and retail channels, and assist with website updates, landing pages and promotional assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and report results.
• Coordinate sampling, creator campaigns and marketing assets for major retail launches.
• Develop timelines and manage marketing deliverables across multiple initiatives, partnering with founders, agencies and freelancers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in brand, growth, influencer or integrated marketing within consumer brands.
• Background in startup or high‑growth beauty, wellness, lifestyle or similar consumer sectors.
• Strong project‑management and execution skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with founders, agencies and freelancers.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
