About the role

MKTG is seeking enthusiastic Brand Educators to represent Diageo brands at events in the Quad Cities area. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and help increase brand awareness through sampling experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively engage and educate consumers at points of purchase, experience, and consumption.
  • Lead consumers through a sampling journey, distribute premiums, and follow responsible server guidelines.
  • Complete digital training, adapt to tech platforms, and submit post‑event recaps.
  • Handle promotional materials, use company‑issued debit cards for bar spend, and maintain proper care of uniforms and event assets.

Required profile

  • Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong brand knowledge.
  • Reliable punctuality and ability to work until event end.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.

Required skills

  • Ability to translate brand information into relatable consumer messages.
  • Proficiency with digital training platforms and event reporting tools.
