About the role
Join MKTG as a Brand Educator in the Carbondale, Illinois area, working evenings and weekends to represent high‑profile brands at experiential events. Candidates must be 21+ and able to engage consumers directly at points of purchase.
Key responsibilities
- Actively engage and educate consumers during events held Thursday‑Saturday, 4 pm‑12 am.
- Deliver brand‑specific product knowledge, conduct sampling journeys, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Complete digital training modules and pass brand knowledge exams.
- Maintain appropriate attire, arrive on time, and handle promotional materials and company property responsibly.
- Capture event photos, complete post‑event reports, and contribute to social‑media content.
Required profile
- Outgoing, personable, and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
- Reliable and punctual, able to work the full duration of assigned events.
- Physically capable of standing, walking for extended periods and carrying trays or boxes.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
