About the role

Santander is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Boyertown, PA location. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving financial and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall branch performance, achieving sales targets and optimizing operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members, setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth.
• Manage hiring, retention, scheduling and employee engagement across all job families.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company risk‑management policies.
• Engage customers with consultative conversations to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Utilize digital technologies to enhance customer interactions and promote self‑service options.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
