Branch Manager – Crane & Rigging Services

About the role

The Branch Manager is the local leader of a Barnhart Crane & Rigging branch, acting as a business owner responsible for sales, execution, safety, quality and financial results. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other branches regionally and nationally.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, safety, customer satisfaction and other key metrics.
• Build and develop teams across sales, operations, project management, dispatch, maintenance and facilities.
• Foster a culture of significance, belonging, trust, progress and recognition.
• Collaborate with other branches to execute regional and national work.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience developing teams and aligning them with company mission and core values.
• Mechanically inclined with a track record in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance or transportation.
• Financial acumen to create business plans and meet performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; prior leadership preferred.
