Boiler Operator - New Jersey High Pressure Black Seal License Required

About the role

The Boiler Operator ensures that heating, cooling, and boiler systems run safely and efficiently in our food‑manufacturing plant. This onsite, full‑time position supports production by maintaining temperature‑critical processes and complying with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thermal analysis, testing, and performance evaluations to guarantee system reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, operating procedures, and process control diagrams for thermal systems.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams during equipment commissioning, upgrades, and daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with thermal systems, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial settings.
• New Jersey High Pressure Black Seal License (mandatory).
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (FDA, USDA), SQF, and GMP practices preferred.
