BMW Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled BMW Service Technician to join our service department. The technician will perform repair and maintenance work on BMW vehicles, ensuring compliance with dealership and factory standards while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review repair orders, then complete the assigned work efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and document all work performed.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain required components and manage warranty parts.
• Conduct road‑tests or coordinate with test technicians to verify repairs.
• Supervise any apprentice technicians assigned to the workbench.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure proper handling of hazardous waste.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend manufacturer‑sponsored training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity and good judgment.
• Ability to pass background check, motor‑vehicle record review, drug test and pre‑employment testing.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• ASE certification or equivalent manufacturing training.
