About the role
This position supports Philips' Multi‑Vendor Biomedical business, managing customer relationships through installation, troubleshooting, and service of biomedical equipment at client sites.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs using service manuals, on‑the‑job training, OEM or third‑party training.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, communicate effectively, and involve site service personnel as needed.
- Independently complete preventive maintenance, field change orders, installations, and diagnose electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership, urgency, and prioritization based on site manager or customer input.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years experience servicing medical equipment, preferably with patient monitoring, blood pressure monitors, defibrillators, or infusion pumps.
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations, and to safely handle radiation sources with required PPE.
- U.S. work authorization and residence within commuting distance to Lubbock, Texas.
