BIM Coordinator – High-End Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support luxury residential construction projects throughout Manhattan, focusing on high‑end apartment renovations, penthouses, and townhomes within occupied luxury buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD for complex high‑end residential projects.
• Develop and maintain fully coordinated models integrating architectural, structural, MEP, millwork, and specialty trades.
• Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues prior to fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and in‑house project teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Produce and review shop drawings and installation drawings for quality, completeness, and coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, including as‑built drawings and final closeout packages.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating BIM models for luxury residential construction projects in Manhattan.
• Familiarity with occupied co‑ops, condominiums, and landmark properties.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, millwork coordination, MEP systems, and high‑end interior finishes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
