Bilingual Virtual Program Coordinator – Adolescent Mental Health

About the role

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Bilingual Virtual Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of its adolescent virtual mental health program. The role coordinates intakes, supports clinical teams, helps with virtual groups and manages program administration for teens aged 13-17 and their families. It is fully remote, part-time, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM ET, and requires fluent English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate paperwork, scheduling, assessments and family onboarding for intakes and admissions
• Maintain attendance, census, schedules, client records and documentation
• Assist with Zoom groups, including transitions, participation and technical troubleshooting
• Coordinate psychiatric appointments, IEP meetings, clinical schedules and assigned administrative tasks
• Provide bilingual updates, reminders and administrative support to families
• Complete timely records, wellness check-ins and program follow-ups
• Identify concerns and communicate them promptly with clinical leadership

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Behavioral health or mental health services experience
• Previous remote work experience in a professional setting
• Availability Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM ET
• Preferred: background in adolescent PHP/IOP programs, virtual behavioral health, admissions or clinical administration, and experience coordinating care with therapists, families and psychiatric providers

Required skills

• Strong intake coordination, scheduling, documentation and administrative skills
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office, electronic records and virtual communication tools
• Ability to work independently, multitask and maintain confidentiality
