About the role

BAYADA's New York Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes and provide one‑to‑one care.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN license in good standing in New York.
• At least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and documentation.
• Ability to follow and implement doctors' orders.
