Bilingual Spanish Client Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Client Support Technician to join our front‑line call centre team. You will be the first point of contact for dealers and customers, delivering high‑quality assistance via phone, email and remote desktop tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for inbound calls, emails and internal messages.
• Train customers on our processes, systems and proprietary POS software.
• Listen actively to understand issues, ask diagnostic questions and guide users through problem‑solving steps.
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and POS software, including basic Windows troubleshooting.
• Support internal and customer‑facing websites, applications and multiple service platforms.
• Document client issues and resolutions, track detailed information and prevent callbacks.
• Escalate complex cases to management or other internal teams for rapid resolution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a technical support or call‑centre environment (minimum 6 months).
• High school diploma or GED; CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of PCs, operating systems, networking and applications.
• Excellent listening, empathy and the ability to guide users remotely under pressure.
