Bilingual Social Media & Community Manager (Food & Beverage)

About the role

Our client, a leading global consumer packaged goods (CPG) company, is looking for a bilingual Social Media & Community Manager to drive real‑time engagement for its food & beverage and comedy‑focused brands. You will own the day‑to‑day community strategy, ensuring the brand voice is human, responsive and culturally relevant across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross‑platform community engagement strategies aligned with audience behavior and brand objectives.
• Lead proactive and reactive engagement across comments, direct messages, mentions and cultural conversations.
• Identify and act on real‑time cultural moments, building scalable frameworks for user‑generated content and advocacy.
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, Influencer, PR, Legal and Customer Care teams to launch fan‑engagement initiatives such as gifting, sampling and product seeding.
• Maintain brand voice guidelines, moderation standards and risk‑management protocols.
• Monitor sentiment, trends and KPIs, translating insights into rapid‑response opportunities and performance recommendations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in community management, social engagement or audience strategy for consumer brands.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume brand social presences and moderation.
• Experience designing and executing gifting, seeding and advocacy programs.
• Fluent in English and one additional language, with strong written communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with major and emerging social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Knowledge of community‑management tools, listening platforms and activation technologies.
