Bilingual Sales Representative – Spanish & English

About the role

Exploria Resorts is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Sales Representative to join its Summer Bay resort sales center in Orlando. You will present the luxury vacation ownership experience to pre‑qualified guests, building relationships and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face presentations for prospective owners at the sales center.
• Communicate the benefits of Exploria Resorts’ high‑end Exclusive Collection.
• Identify guest needs, address objections, and close sales using the company’s proven process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on qualified leads.

Required profile

• Background in face‑to‑face sales or marketing (real estate, retail, hospitality, automotive, etc.).
• High‑energy, charismatic, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
• Motivated by uncapped commission potential.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills.

Required skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• FL Real Estate License (preferred).
