About the role

Join Exploria Resorts as a Bilingual Sales Representative at the Summer Bay resort in Orlando. You will present our luxury vacation ownership experience to pre‑qualified guests, using your English and Spanish fluency to build rapport and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face presentations in the sales center, highlighting the benefits of Exploria Resorts ownership.
• Identify guest needs, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow the company’s front‑line sales methodology.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage qualified leads and ensure a steady pipeline.
• Represent the brand professionally, fostering trust with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Prior experience in face‑to‑face sales or marketing (retail, hospitality, real estate, automotive, etc.).
• High‑energy, charismatic personality with a strong work ethic.
• Motivation to achieve uncapped earnings and meet sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Polished, professional appearance and ability to handle challenging situations.

Required skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
