About the role

AT&T is hiring a Bilingual Punjabi Retail Sales Consultant in Sacramento, California. The role sits on the Retail team, where associates guide customers to the right technology solution and help them discover how products meet their needs. The position is full-time, with 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive spirit.
• Keep up to date on the latest data, entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi and TV entertainment tools.
• Understand customers' needs and show how products meet them.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Punjabi to interact with customers daily.
• Dedication to maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to problem solve and a helpful attitude.
• Strong communication skills and readiness to learn on the spot.
