Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent – Remote

About the role

Join TTEC as a Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely from the United States. You will provide compassionate support to customers, handling complex inquiries and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer communications and resolve escalated or complex issues.
• Conduct research to provide accurate answers and solutions.
• Upsell relevant products or services to existing customers when appropriate.

Required profile

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency and experience with web-based tools.
• High‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Use of a USB‑wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not permitted).
• Smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android) for daily login.
