Bilingual Legal Assistant – Personal Injury (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant to join our personal injury team on a full‑time remote basis. The role supports U.S. law firms with case documentation, client communication, and administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, demand packages, and case correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel regarding case status and documentation needs.
• Track deadlines, tasks, and case milestones to ensure timely follow‑up.
• Upload and maintain case files in the legal case management system (CMS).
• Assist attorneys with documentation, day‑to‑day case coordination, and time tracking using Hubstaff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law within a U.S. law firm or legal services company.
• Prior experience working in New York State is a strong advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with legal case management software such as Filevine, Clio, Litify, Intermedia, or Elevate.
• Proficiency in using Hubstaff for time tracking.
