Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

Peek Law Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Immigration Paralegal to support its U.S.‑based family immigration team remotely. The position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and involves managing a high volume of family‑based immigration cases.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and compile immigration applications, petitions, supporting documents, and affidavits.
• Organize digital case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Stay current on immigration laws, USCIS procedures, and related policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients in both Spanish and English, providing case updates.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy, legal research, and hearing preparation.
• Monitor court dates, USCIS appointments, and documentation deadlines.
• Promptly inform clients of case progress and gather additional documentation as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with U.S. family‑based immigration (adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, U‑visas, etc.).
• Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a high caseload efficiently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with USCIS forms and procedures.
