About the role

Join Tesla’s fast‑growing sales team as a Bilingual French Outbound Phone Sales Advisor. You will engage French‑speaking customers through phone, SMS, email and chat, guiding them through the entire purchase and delivery journey while representing Tesla’s commitment to sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier verbal and written customer service across multiple channels.
• Maintain a high‑volume pipeline, meeting personal and team monthly metrics.
• Prepare clients for vehicle delivery and keep their enthusiasm high.
• Collaborate with field partners, delivery, finance, lease returns and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners navigating lease‑end or trade‑in options.
• Resolve complex issues with teammates and suggest process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business goals.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English with sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Persuasive communicator able to present technical information clearly.
• Positive, energetic, and professional with strong listening and communication skills.
• Effective prioritisation, deadline management and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Independent yet collaborative team player.
• Valid US driver’s license or state ID and ability to obtain a DMV Salesperson’s License.
