Bilingual French Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and clients across the US and Canada. The role is remote, but candidates must live within 50 miles of one of our many office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to address insurance‑related questions and provide account information.
• Follow up to ensure accuracy, timely responses, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Enter and verify customer data in the system according to company guidelines.
• Process policies and related documents to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist other departments when workload requires.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
