Bilingual French Customer Service Representative I

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and clients across the United States and Canada. The role is remote, but candidates must live within 50 miles of one of our many office locations and be authorized to work in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to address insurance‑related questions and provide account information.
• Follow up to ensure accuracy, timely responses, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Enter and verify customer data in company systems according to established guidelines.
• Process policies and related documents to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist other departments when workload requires.
• Consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards while safeguarding confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken, written, and grammar).
• Ability to work the specified schedules (Monday‑Friday 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM CT or Tuesday‑Friday 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM CT plus Saturday 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM CT).
