Bilingual Financial Coach (Spanish)

About the role

NFP is seeking a Bilingual Financial Coach to deliver financial wellness education to employees of its 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients across the United States. The coach will use NFP’s proprietary platform to conduct group and one‑on‑one sessions in both English and Spanish, aiming to boost participation, increase deferrals, and generate wealth‑management referrals. The position involves extensive travel (70‑80% of the time) and can be performed from any U.S. location.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and virtual financial education meetings for plan participants in English and Spanish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee financial education.
• Provide courteous, prompt service and resolve employee questions efficiently.
• Cross‑sell NFP’s full range of financial services.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow up on deliverables, and ensure compliance with ERISA guidelines.
• Collaborate with NFP’s ERISA teams on client matters.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ambitious, collaborative self‑starter with a strong desire to learn.
• College degree required.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; securities licenses are preferred.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and enthusiastic.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
