Bilingual (English/Spanish) Video Producer/Writer/Director

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Video Producer/Writer/Director to create engaging healthcare education videos for children and adults. You will translate complex medical information into clear, compelling stories and work closely with clinical experts, creative teams, and clients from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Write and develop video scripts, including educational content, testimonials, and other formats.
• Collaborate with clinical experts, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure accurate and impactful content.
• Participate in pre‑production activities such as script reviews, table reads, and shoot planning.
• Produce video shoots, coordinate talent, manage production details, and support on‑set workflows.
• Work with directors, editors, animators, and other creative team members to bring content to life.

Required profile

• Experience writing and producing video content from concept through final delivery.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills, able to adapt complex topics for different audiences.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Video production workflow knowledge (pre‑production, production, post‑production).
• Collaboration with subject‑matter experts and creative teams.
