Bilingual English/Spanish HR Recruiter

About the role

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Recruiter to join our growing team in Amityville, NY. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our commitment to service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source high‑quality candidates.
• Review job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
• Advertise openings on job boards, social networks, and career websites.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess applicant suitability.
• Perform reference checks and coordinate background checks when required.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through market research and relationship management.
• Negotiate employment contracts and extend job offers.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter with strong people skills.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
