Bilingual Customer Support Consultant (French/English) – Remote

About the role

This remote position supports veterinarians, technicians, and laboratory professionals by providing fast, accurate, and empathetic assistance on animal health diagnostics. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and diagnostic labs, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and smooth coordination of sample logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 50‑70 inbound calls per day, delivering precise answers in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Communicate clearly in both French (preferably Québécois) and English, adapting language for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Interpret laboratory test results and guide follow‑up testing.
• Coordinate sample pickup, delivery, and tracking with lab teams.
• Use internal systems and documentation tools in real time to resolve issues across phone, email, and digital channels.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in customer service, contact centers, veterinary practice, laboratory environments, or technical support.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Self‑discipline to work effectively from a home‑based setup.
