Bilingual Customer Service Associate (French/English)

About the role

The Customer Service Associate (also known as Member Services Associate) is the first point of contact for Alcoholics Anonymous members and customers. Working in a bilingual French‑English capacity, you will handle literature orders, contributions, and record‑keeping while delivering a high level of service to support the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate group and individual records in NetSuite, including account creation and tax‑exempt updates.
• Log all correspondence (phone, email, mail) to prevent duplication and manage monthly work accounts.
• Process literature orders, edit pick‑packs, and digitally file completed orders.
• Research member and group information to correctly process credit‑card contributions.
• Generate invoices, contribution acknowledgement letters, and verify invoice accuracy.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding group, area, and district records.
• Provide quotes, product pricing, and availability information.
• Maintain productivity logs in Excel and support additional projects as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
