Bilingual Customer Service Assistant - English/Spanish Remote

About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm’s Customer Experience Department as a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant. You will provide premium support to immigration clients, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and cared for throughout their case journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and timeliness.
• Manage client notifications, letters, timelines, and case reports.
• Follow up with clients, including those in “no cooperation” status, to gather needed details.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and attorneys.
• Utilize CRM and communication tools (Camplegal, Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace) to track interactions.
• Meet performance KPIs for calls, follow‑ups, and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Availability for rotating full‑time shifts.
