Bilingual Community Manager (English-Spanish)

About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm, a fast‑growing immigration law practice, as a Bilingual Community Manager. You will create and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms, helping to build a vibrant online community for our clients and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content on Meta Business Suite (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube at least 14 days in advance.
• Design and execute a multichannel content strategy aimed at driving conversions and strengthening the firm’s digital reputation.
• Lead content ideation, documenting formats, visual references, target platforms, and execution guidelines.
• Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity every two weeks to propose high‑impact content.
• Coordinate with the creative team to meet editorial deadlines and resolve blockers promptly.
• Monitor key performance metrics for each channel and report insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication abilities.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
