Bilingual Client Trainer – English/French Canadian

About the role

MEDITECH is seeking a bilingual Client Trainer to deliver on‑site and remote training for clinicians and financial professionals on its fully integrated Enterprise Health Record (EHR) system. The role combines project management, technical support, and education to help healthcare teams maximize the value of the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for clinical or financial software, ensuring a successful go‑live.
• Conduct training sessions and installations of the MEDITECH EHR at customer sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide customer service, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with programmer analysts to resolve technical problems.
• Participate in group projects, mentor co‑workers, and process system enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain application documentation and update the online project tracking system.
• Travel 50‑75% of the time across the United States and Canada.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or 2‑3 years of relevant work or military experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French Canadian.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Project management abilities and willingness to travel extensively.
• Access to a personal credit card for travel expenses and ability to provide proof of vaccination when required.
