About the role

Join a fast‑growing immigration law firm as a remote Bilingual Call Center Salesperson. You will use your English‑Spanish fluency to engage prospective clients, explain immigration services, and help the firm expand its impact on new Americans.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by capturing, qualifying, and following up on inbound and outbound leads.
• Provide accurate information about immigration services and answer client questions with professionalism.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system as required.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, covering various shifts to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum six months of proven experience selling products or services.
• Experience with intangible offerings (e.g., consulting, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities focused on trust and long‑term relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts.
