About the role
AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is seeking Customer Care Representatives to deliver top‑tier service for clients in the commercial energy sector. The role requires excellent communication, quick thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while helping customers with rebate status, scheduling, and program guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct non‑scripted interactions via phone, email, and chat covering rebate status, scheduling, submittal procedures, and program guidelines.
- Provide professional outreach and assist customers with energy application inquiries and program questions.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned, including data entry and documentation.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of professional work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office Suite programs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
