Bilingual Call Center Salesperson (English-Spanish) Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated bilingual (English‑Spanish) call‑center salesperson to join our remote team. You will support our sales efforts, provide accurate information about immigration services, and build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing accurate information.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Learn and communicate the immigration process and related services.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months proven experience selling products or services.
• Experience with intangible offerings (e.g., consulting, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities focused on trust and long‑term solutions.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts.
