About the role

Community Dental Partners is seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for oral surgery and orthodontics patients. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, confirming details, and delivering a superior phone experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to patients referred by dental practices.
Schedule appointments based on patient needs and follow established confirmation processes.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments while meeting departmental call targets.
Provide clear, articulate information about services and collect accurate patient data.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities professionally.
Excellent phone etiquette and typing speed.

Required skills

Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Experience using call‑center software and other relevant computer applications.
