BI & Data Warehouse Project Manager

About the role

Enovis is seeking a senior BI & Data Warehouse Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end analytics delivery across its unified BI and data warehouse team. You will act as a key operational leader, ensuring audit readiness, governance alignment, and seamless collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Business Intelligence initiatives across BI, IT, and business teams.
• Manage project intake, scoping, scheduling, RAID tracking, phase planning, documentation, and communications.
• Ensure technical alignment and clear communication of dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Support day‑to‑day analytics operations, governance, and audit controls.
• Step into analytics analysis, data validation, or dashboard QA as needed to keep deliveries on track.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor with strong operational leadership in BI and data warehousing.
• Proven experience delivering predictable, audit‑ready analytics projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
