Bell Person – Guest Services & Luggage Assistance

About the role

The Bell Person welcomes guests at the hotel entrance, assists with luggage handling, and provides a range of guest services to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload luggage carts, tag and store luggage securely.
• Escort guests to their rooms and give an overview of room features, hotel services, and amenities.
• Make deliveries to guest rooms and assist with room changes.
• Stock the pantry as needed and maintain brochures of local attractions, transportation guides, and event venues.
• Perform house‑attendant duties during staff shortages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines and adhere to safety standards (MSDS, OSHA).
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and perform other duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience or equivalent training.
