Behavioral Interventionist – Paid Training & Flexible Hours

About the role

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking caring individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services to clients.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data.
• Support ABA programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Ability to record and analyze client data.
