Behavioral Interventionist – Growth Opportunities + Supportive Team

About the role

The Behavior Interventionist provides 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings, under clinical supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA services across multiple environments.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by supervisors.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate client progress data.
• Support treatment goals in home, school, and community contexts.
• Assist in programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass TB testing, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
