About the role

Wise Path Recovery Centers is looking for a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to lead the Behavioral Health Technician and Recovery Support team in Williamson, West Virginia. This hands‑on supervisory position blends people development with direct patient care to ensure safe, trauma‑informed treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians and Recovery Support staff.
• Conduct staff supervision, performance evaluations, and ensure accountability for documentation and patient care standards.
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules, resolve coverage gaps, and ensure safe shift coverage.
• Lead orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members, addressing performance or training gaps.
• Model and enforce a culture of kindness, professionalism, and trauma‑informed care across all shifts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in behavioral health or substance‑use disorder treatment settings.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities with a focus on staff development.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, trauma‑informed patient care.
• Ability to step into direct patient care when needed to maintain continuity.
