Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

About the role

The Center for Human Development Inc. seeks a full‑time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical supervision across health service areas, working under the Director of Behavioral Health.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor licensure and certification requirements and supervise clinical practice.
• Hold staff accountable for productivity, documentation, and compliance with Medicaid and other regulations.
• Develop and implement new services, ensure payer compliance, and manage caseload and schedules.
• Coordinate utilization review, clinical chart audits, service evaluations, and quality improvements.
• Serve as liaison to the Administrative Council and community agencies, providing clinical expertise and policy recommendations.

Required profile

• Current licensure as an LCSW or LPC (LCSW preferred) with at least 2 years of licensure.
• Minimum three years of comparable experience in quality/health improvement within managed care or similar settings.
• At least two years of experience in dual‑diagnosis or substance‑use disorder treatment.
• CADCII or III certification (or CADCI with requirement to obtain CADCIII within two years).
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and drug screening.

Required skills

• Coaching, mentoring, training, and delegation of staff.
• Strong oral and written communication.
