Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor – Children’s Team

About the role

The Center for Human Development seeks a full‑time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for its Children’s Team. Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, you will supervise clinical staff, ensure licensure compliance, and support quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor licensure and certification requirements and supervise clinical practice.
• Hold staff accountable for productivity, documentation, Medicaid compliance, and other performance measures.
• Develop and implement new services, manage caseloads, and ensure payer requirements are met.
• Coordinate utilization review, chart audits, service evaluations, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Serve as liaison to the Administrative Council and community agencies regarding client cases.

Required profile

• Current LCSW or LPC licensure (LCSW preferred) with at least 2 years of licensure.
• Minimum three years of comparable experience in quality/health improvement within a managed‑care or similar setting.
• At least two years of dual‑diagnosis or substance‑use disorder treatment experience.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and drug screening.

Required skills

• CADCII or CADCIII certification (or CADCI with CADCIII within two years of hire).
• Effective problem‑solving, coaching, mentoring, and delegation abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
