Behavior Technician (BHT) Per Diem

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Per Diem Behavior Technicians (BHT). In this role you will work one‑to‑one with children and adolescents in clinic, home, or school settings, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support meaningful progress.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Deliver individualized support to improve communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and manage client program materials.
• Follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA strategies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred minimum six months experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication abilities and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between service locations.
