About the role

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking compassionate professionals to deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. The position involves working in home, school, and community settings under clinical supervision.

Key responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collect and record data on client progress.
Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.

Required profile

High School Diploma (required).
Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred).
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged.

What we offer

Pay range $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
Mileage reimbursement paid per mile.
Drive‑time compensation for travel between client locations.
