Behavior Interventionist – ABA Services

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County. You will work one‑on‑one with clients in home, school, and community settings, helping them develop communication, social, and self‑help skills while honoring their cultural identity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High school diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test and background check.
• Spanish language skills strongly encouraged.
